About the Admin - Admin Sith Lord Empress Virgo and Star Wars Singles
I am a single star wars fan who is looking for a long term relationship with the goal of marriage. I'm into anime, cosplay, I go to conventions, I collect swords, have done kendo, archery, am into video games, mtg and various other things. 90s Highlander the series got me more into swords, sword collecting and fight chero. I still want to learn light saber cherography but had a bad expencience with the Saber Guild (see below). I am interested in fencing and I took kendo. Anyway due to Star Wars, I fell in love with the light saber. I created the group to meet fellow single star wars fans like me. Ones that aren't toxic, bullies, elitist or gatekeepers.
Being a woman and seeing the problems of other women in dating spaces, I made my group so that you have to ask permission by a woman if you would like to direct message her (dm) her to chat. This provides a safe space for women to not be harassed.
Also by watching other groups and their lack of organization, we have designated posting areas. Therefore there aren't a million posts asking if anyone is in a certain location. We have designated posts where you can comment with your light sabers, star wars toys, make your intros and so on. In addition, we have sub groups for various locations like US States, Canada, the UK and more. Making it easier for fellow star wars fans to meet, chat and make friends locally.
Star Wars Singles is a SAFE SPACE. So if you're like me and you like the sequels and the prequels, you are welcomed. If you're like me and you like star wars, star trek and everything in between, you are welcomed. Bullies, passive aggressiveness, gatekeeping, elitism will NOT be tolerated. Racism will not be tolerated.
Fangirls like me who also ship Reylo, Stormpilot, Oshamir, KyHux, etc., are very welcome. The group is run by a fan girl so The Stranger/ Qimir thirst traps, Adam Driver thirst traps, fics, fan edits, all that is welcome.

I had made MY OWN group after being kicked out of the main SWS that went private. All I posted about was STAR WARS. I didn't direct men to my profile. I didn't DM them. I said I'll only talk in comments. I, a nerd since the 90s was claimed as bait, too good to be true, etc.
Well, the men would go to my profile, go to my socials like IG, then go to my website, then go to my pics (no one told them to), see that I had an only fans and then report me on the main group saying I'm only there for "clients" even tho I never posted about it. The mods (jen) saw my posting history showing my legos, my light sabers, books, clothes and all of that. Never once mentioned to talk privately or take it elswhere. The other mod, male, said they kept getting complaints about me. Therefore the kicked me out and I made my own. One that is OF girl friendly because apparently, if you have an OF, it means you're not looking for a long term monogamous relationship with the goal of marriage like me and the only thing you care about is OF.
